The Deputy Mayor of Medway Barry Kemp and his wife Joyce visited the stand which was a joint venture between Hands & Gillingham Volunteer Centre, Hands Rochester Volunteer Bureau, Hope in the Community, CVS Medway and North Kent Training Services.This event was held at Hempstead Valley on 22nd April 2010.
Hands and Gillingham Volunteer Centre acts a catalyst between those people wishing to volunteer their time and organisations looking for volunteer help, to try and ensure that the best possible matches are made.
