MP OFFICIALLY LAUNCHES NEW PROPERTY SHOWCASE INITIATIVE
Gillingham and Rainham MP Paul Clark officially unveiled a new property showcase initiative by Medway-based Greyfox Estate Agents.
As the Kent property market continues to experience a definite uplift, Greyfox has positioned a showcase stand in the mall outside Marks & Spencer to attract Hempstead Valley Shopping Centre's five million annual visitors. This is the first time any estate agency has implemented such an initiative at the centre. Shoppers can view a selection of homes for sale, talk to Greyfox consultants and pick up the estate agents' new glossy magazine.
Steve O'Neill, managing director at Greyfox Estate Agents, said: "Being creative and introducing new ways of engaging the public with the property market, which is reviving, are a must. With this initiative we are, if you like, taking property to the people."
Mr Clark said: "It's encouraging to see such enterprise by Greyfox Estate Agents and I'm sure the company's efforts will further help to raise activity in the property marketplace and stimulate a lot of interest."
At the unveiling ceremony on Friday, May 8, Mr O'Neill also presented a cheque for £250 to Hayley Richardson, area fundraising manager for Demelza House Children's Hospice, to launch its donation scheme - for every home Greyfox sells, it will make a donation to the charity.
