Wheelchairs may be hired free of charge from the Centre Management Office. Please go to the disabled toilet located behind the automatic doors by Barratts and press the buzzer to request a wheelchair. Please telephone 01634 387 076 to book in advance or to obtain further details.
RADAR keys can also be purchased here for access to toilet facilities.
We welcome shoppers guided by Assistance Dogs and all of Hempstead Valley's stores are accessible over one level. Lifts to the multi-storey car parks are fitted with brail and there are plenty of disabled car parking bays (marked in blue for blue badge holders only) are located close to all the centre's entrances.
